Booking

Booth Booking have started 

･ Please contact us via Request Form.
Deadline

Sep. 30th
Application Deadline

･ If booths are filled before the deadline, the application will be closed at that time.
･ If there is space available after the deadline, you can apply to participate.
Preparation

Nov.
Start of exhibition preparations 

･ You will be required to submit the necessary documents while reviewing the Exhibit Manual.

 

2025

Move-in-day

Exhibition 

･ The exhibition period is from 10:00 to 17:00 each day. The exhibition will be removed after 17:00 on the last day.
