About Exhibitor Application

Q.1-1

What if I want having materials and application forms for exhibiting?

Please contact us via Request Form.

Q.1-2

What is the cost of exhibiting? 

It will cost as follows.
・ Exhibition fee
・ Booth decoration costs (Construction costs, Fixtures, etc.)
・ Others (Electricity, Water supply, Logistics, Accommodation, Interpretation etc., as needed)

Q.1-3

How are booth positions determined? 

It will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis.
We recommend that you apply as soon as possible in order to get a better booth position.

Q.1-4

When is the deadline for application? 

The deadline is September 30, 2024.
Applications will close when exhibit spaces are full.

Q.1-5

What is the schedule from the time of application to the end of the exhibition?

Please refer to Exhibiting Schedule.

Q.1-6

Is it possible to hold a private seminar? 

Yes. “Exhibitor’s presentation” is available.
 *It is not possible to apply for only the presentation.  Exhibiting is needed.

Q.1-7

Is it possible to change the number of booths after submitting an application?

Yes. 
*When reducing the number of booths, a cancellation fee will be charged.

About Decoration and Others

Q.2-1

What if I want consulting about booth decoration?

We introduce our partner construction companies.
We recommend a "package decoration plan" that allows you to easily decorate.

Q.2-2

What if I want to rent equipment?

You can order from our partner company. (Start in mid-October)

Q.2-3

Is it possible to offer a tasting at the venue?

Yes. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for details.

What if I want to arrange for an interpreter?

We introduce our partner recruitment agency companies.

Q.2-5

Are there any accommodations near the venue?

Yes. Hotels located in Odaiba/Ariake Areas which have good access to the show venue are recommended. Please book a hotel by yourself.
